Manzoor Ali

Manzoor Ali is a founding member of the REIGN laboratory. His work focuses on circulating cell-free DNA fragmentomics as a non-invasive readout of hypoxic injury, with a particular emphasis on high-altitude pulmonary edema.

He was awarded the Senior Research Fellowship and has co-authored peer-reviewed work in Clinical Science and contributed book chapters on harsh-environment stressors and pathogen susceptibility at altitude.
